* Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
* Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
* Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

* If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Map of Wood will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
